Hi, I’m Dustin Stone, founder of Stone Dried Jerky.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a jerky enthusiast. What started as a passion for great beef jerky quickly turned into a hobby, and eventually a business dedicated to creating premium Australian-made jerky.

For more than 15 years, I perfected my recipes using a small dehydrator on my kitchen bench. Three years ago, I took things to the next level with commercial equipment, allowing me to refine every detail—from flavour combinations and marinating times to meat thickness and dehydration techniques—all in pursuit of the perfect piece of jerky.

We proudly use locally sourced, 100% Australian, Grass fed topside beef. Wherever possible, we also choose Australian-made ingredients for our marinades, supporting local producers while delivering the best flavour possible.

Because our love of jerky extends to the whole family, we’ve also created a range for your four-legged mates. Made from the same premium Australian beef, our pet jerky is enhanced with shark cartilage powder, a natural source of glucosamine and chondroitin to help support joint health, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
